Ingredients : smoked paprika, blueberry, coriander, chipotle, garlic, onion, maple sugar, pepper

1 lbs ground boar, pork, or bison (we use bison, Stella cannot eat pork)
1 egg (beat it)
¾ cup bread crumbs
¼ onion (minced)
2-4 cloves garlic
salt (to taste)
Acadian Ancestral Blend (to taste, we season heavy)
if you have parsley, green onions, or cilantro throw some of that in
Now mix this all up, make some balls and roast these babies in a 425 degree oven. We like to eat these with sweet potatoes and braised greens.
